Gawyn Tiersa; playboy, entrepreneur - this infamous person has been central to many of the events surrounding the LACAD saga. Initially coming to Llanfair under the guise of renovating the Llanfair Underground, he opened up a night club called the Rainbow Connection and made it possible for several stores, such as Elana's Lair to open their doors to some of the more seedy customers of Llanfair. In actual fact though, Gawyn was in town evaluating the area's real estate for Datastream Technologies, a high tech conglomerate based in Rinth and involved in any number of legal and pseudo-legal fields of study, research, and production. With the consent of the Llanfair's Mayor and City Council, Datastream Technologies purchased a large block of land very near to Cloud Court and began construction of a massive complex of research and administrative buildings.
