Lli rules the hours between night and day, which is a mystical time for the Eolai. He is most powerful at twilight or during eclipses and storms where natural light is lessened. Lli holds control over the space between things, such as where the wave meets the shore. This is where the dream world lies and it is in these places that Lli can pull you into the dream. In the center of the dream world lies the water of memory and it is here that Lli sometimes grants his followers visions of their past lives. It is due to these waters of memory that he is associated with the crashing waves. Lli’s form is ever changing, shifting like the dreams themselves, except for the one constant in his appearance - his storm gray eyes.

The Isle of Lli, located just off the Isle of Esia is named after this Eolai god.
