Hok and I are having somewhat of a battle over this page. I feel that he keeps interjecting opinion with phrases such as "is very dense", and "more than she will ever be able to realize". I want to create room for growth for Layne, and also hint at some of the dynamics of race prejudice. Layne's lack of perception towards her parents wishes is not an over-arching character trait, but rather a situational one. I would appreciate it if people would read the past versions of this profile, both Hok's and mine, and add your opinions. --Senseandviolets 16:22, July 17, 2006 (EDT)

This might be some Zamde-ish insight leakage from the game, but I'm missing the part where the content of Layne's biography is anyone's f**king business to judge, beside Layne's. -- Zamde
