Telepathy

Telepathy is a psionic ability which allows for communication with other characters without the need of fancy technologies. Alteri have the innate capability to use telepathy, but those from other races must train Occult Lore and learn the ability on their own. Usage is as follows:

THINK <message>: will broadcast <message> to everyone with telepathy; NOTE: it is planned for Telepathy to be broken into two different abilities, a short-ranged version and a long-ranged version. More information on this to follow as the update trickles down the pipe.

THINK TO <name, both first and last> <message>: will broadcast <message> to the person specified; NOTE: We cannot stress the TO part of the syntax enough! Please check to make sure you included it (and spelled it correctly!) before firing off a highly sensitive message. This could potentially save you (and your intended audience) a lot of embaressment.
