THE HELP BELL!

A bright, shiny new brass bell was installed in the Life Cafe earlier today. 
This bell can be rung by players in need of assistance. For other players who 
wish to hear the bell's tolling, be sure to SET your NEWBIEHELP preference TO 
ON. All players, by default will hear the bell being rung.

There is also a help bell at Cloud Court in Llanfair for the use of new players as well.
