Wicis Xilia is a male, Alteri Psionic. He is 80 seasons old, has a soft blue complexion and amethyst eyes. Wicis is generally bubbly and very friendly to all kinds of people, though he can be assertive and will quickly inform you if his BS-detector goes off. Wicis always tries to make sure that everyone is happy.
Wicis considers Mellie Knight and Dixie Pierce to be his best friends. It is also a well-known fact that Wicis has been going out with Aire Ael'lesh for some time now and the two of them own a small cabana on Lihiro Beach in the city of Llanfair. Wicis currently works for LACAD as a Civilian Affairs Officer, and has been fairly succesful at the job.
He wears a narrow band golden ocia circlet with tiny cut diamonds given to him by Dixie. He's also never seen without his platinum tiara channel-set with black diamonds, given to him by Aire. Wicis is a lovable member of the Llanfair community who will always help anyone he can.
